Lena Allouche is a strategic growth and partnerships leader at Savvy Wealth with over a decade of experience across wealth management, fintech, and financial services. She specializes in helping advisory firms and financial services organizations scale through strategic partnerships, advisor engagement, operational infrastructure, and modern growth strategies.
Throughout her career, Lena has worked at the intersection of business development, platform growth, marketing, and advisor experience; partnering closely with financial advisors, RIAs, CPA firms, and fintech leaders to drive meaningful business outcomes. Her expertise spans advisor recruiting, partnership development, go-to-market strategy, client experience, and organizational growth within rapidly evolving financial services environments.
Known for her ability to connect people, solve complex business challenges, and build trust quickly, Lena has become a valued partner to advisors navigating growth, succession, operational scale, and modernization. She is particularly passionate about the future of advisory businesses and the role technology, planning, and human relationships will play in shaping the next generation of wealth management.
Lena is actively involved in serving her community. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Women’s Resource, a 501(c)(3) organization that strives to help women and girls make choices towards becoming independent, productive, and financially stable. Lena was the Houston, Tx. Chapter President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) for 3 years; elevating her commitment to the financial services industry through advocacy. Lena has previously served on the Executive Board of Directors for Friday Harbour, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides temporary housing for families and patients receiving cancer treatment in the Texas Medical Center. Additionally, Lena was the Chairman Elect for Graduate Growth Group and led the organization’s soft-skills development program. She is a member of the Greater Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Emerging Leaders Institute as well as a member of the United Way’s Project Blueprint class XXXVII; both programs designed to showcase Houston’s prospective leaders in the business and not-for- profit spaces.
Lena earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the C.T. Bauer Honors College of Business at the University of Houston with certifications in Risk Management and Insurance and Sales, and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University.
