With years of experience in financial services at New York Life Insurance Company, Evelyn empowers individuals, families, and business owners to create clarity and confidence around their financial decisions. Her practice includes 5 "Quarterbacks”: protection solutions which include life, disability, and long-term care insurance; tax-efficient retirement planning, estate planning, business continuation planning, and investment strategies.

Based in Sugar Land, TX, Evelyn serves clients locally and nationwide in 19 states, offering both in-person and virtual consultations. Her mission is to deliver exceptional client care through understanding their vision, values, and goals. Her vision is to be trusted and valued, to be respected by families, clients, and industry peers as a helpful financial guide.

Before entering the financial industry, Evelyn served as an assistant professor at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA and Tulane University at New orleans, LA. She holds a Ph.D., LL.M., and M.A. degree.

Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys leather crafting, refinishing furniture, world travel, and hiking with her family. She lives in Sugar Land with the love of her life, Dr. Pedro Siyahhan Julnes, and their three beloved daughters.
